What is R.O.M.?
Recreation Outreach Ministry (R.O.M.) of Indian Rocks Baptist Church is a sports program for youth, ages 5 through 14 years old. We not only teach the fundamentals of sports and teamwork, but we also teach some fundamentals of life and a relationship with God. There are three seasons; Fall, Winter, and Spring.
Fall
August – October: Soccer
Winter
November – February: Baseball & Flag Football
Spring
February – May: Basketball
Divisions: Boys and girls are separated & division ages depend on the number of players registered. Only the 5-6 y/o children play on co-ed teams.
Practices: One hour on either M, T, Th, F night.
Games: Saturdays, with occasional weeknight.
Teams: Drafted by R.O.M. leadership and coaches.
Season: Consists of ten games including tournament play for ages 7+
Cost: $120 per player with a multiple child discount of $120 for 1st, $105 for 2nd, and $90 each for 3rd, 4th, and etc.
