Recreation Outreach Ministry is continuing the Family Plan this 2009-2010 year. This plan is to help families of multiple children to afford this experience for their family. The price for your first child and each one thereafter is as shown below.

Referral Program

We are offering an opportunity for our ROM community to help outreach together. We are allowing any participant of ROM since the introduction of the Recreation Outreach Ministry Advisory Counsel (ROMAC), which started with the Spring 2007 Baseball season, to receive referral vouchers for bringing in new families. This means that for every “New Family*” you bring you will receive a $15 “voucher*“ to use on the season of your choice from Fall 2009 through Spring 2010. And if the family has participated in ROM before Spring 2007 Baseball, but not since, then they can be invited back and a referral voucher will be issued. This referral plan will help our ROM Family to reach out to our community and partner with us in building this ministry in three ways: vouchers can be collected and used to toward your child’s registration fee, your new family’s child’s registration fee, or can be used to help sponsor another child.

• For example, five families all bring in a new family each into the ROM program. In turn each receives a $15 voucher and the parents all decide they want to sponsor a child. They give their respective vouchers to cover him/her and the only thing they have to pay is the remaining $5 for registration.
• Another example is one family invites their whole neighborhood to join the program, for each new family into ROM they receive a $15 voucher. The host family may then be able to have their child play for free or each new family could be given back their voucher and they participate for $15 less.

This tool is to help us outreach and build up our program. Our hope is to be a multi-church and un-churched community who come together to experience life together through recreation. We believe in the quality of this community and its potential for reaching people so we can share the message of Jesus Christ.

* “New Family”- If a new family has more than one child only one voucher will be issued for them as a whole. This is because we have significantly reduced the cost for multiple children families in our Family Plan.
* “New Family”- If a family has participated in ROM before Spring 2007 Baseball but not since then they can be invited back and a referral voucher will be issued.
* “Voucher”- We are using a voucher because it will not be redeemable until the accounts have settled, if referred players have to drop out or stop participating and request a refund the voucher becomes void and does not redeem.
